Meet Charlotte
Charlotte qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2006, gaining a BSc (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University. Since then, she has held a variety of roles within both the NHS and the private sector. Her experience includes the treatment of respiratory conditions, elderly rehabilitation, rehabilitation following spinal injury, head injury, trauma and orthopaedics, and post-operative care and rehabilitation. During this time, Charlotte has gained additional qualifications enabling her to assess and treat patients with complex needs.
Charlotte has a particular specialism in the assessment and management of falls and frailty in older adults. She works with individuals to deliver targeted rehabilitation programmes designed to improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence, helping to reduce the risk of further falls and supporting people to remain independent in their own homes.
Her expertise also includes advanced respiratory assessment and treatment, targeted exercise prescription, manual therapy, and specialist advice for the management of chronic conditions.
Charlotte’s advanced training includes implementing AQUA quality practice delivery, orthopaedic joint replacement management, splinting and bracing, and advanced respiratory care courses at WCNN.
Charlotte is fully registered with the HCPC and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).


Meet Beth
Beth qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1998, gaining a BSc (Hons) from York St John University.
Since then, she has held a range of roles within the NHS. She has experience in adult learning disabilities, stroke rehabilitation, trauma and orthopaedics, reablement, frailty and elderly rehabilitation, and has worked in both hospital and community settings.
Alongside her work with Rehability Therapies, Beth continues to work within the NHS as a Clinical and Team Lead Occupational Therapist for an acute inpatient Trauma and Orthopaedic service. This role has enabled her to develop extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of orthopaedic conditions.
Beth’s specialist skills include cognitive rehabilitation, individualised goal setting, functional assessment and treatment planning, promoting independence in daily activities, adaptive techniques, pacing and fatigue management, falls prevention and safety awareness, the assessment and recommendation of adaptive equipment, and family and caregiver education.
Beth has completed leadership programmes and specialist training, and also contributes to the delivery of a dedicated multidisciplinary outreach service.
Beth is fully registered with the HCPC and is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
Meet Natalie
Natalie qualified as an Occupational Therapist from Oxford Brookes University in 1995 with a BSc (Hons).
She has worked primarily within the NHS in rehabilitation roles and has experience across elderly mental health, stroke rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and elderly rehabilitation and continuing healthcare.
Natalie has extensive experience in functional and cognitive assessment, ADL assessment, rehabilitation planning, and supporting older adults following illness or injury.
Most recently, Natalie worked as an Advanced Clinical Specialist in cancer rehabilitation, providing community-based support for individuals with complex needs related to their cancer diagnosis. This included managing conditions such as spinal cord compression and brain tumours, complex pain, advanced moving and handling needs, risk management, and the assessment and provision of specialist equipment including seating and wheelchairs.
Natalie has completed advanced training in the management of fatigue, anxiety and breathlessness, and has a particular interest in the interaction between physical and psychosocial factors and their impact on function and wellbeing.
She is registered with the HCPC and is a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.


Meet Elizabeth
Liz qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2002 after gaining an MSc (Pre-Registration) from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
Since then, she has held a number of roles within the NHS, working across both inpatient and community settings. Liz has extensive experience supporting patients with respiratory conditions, particularly following long-term intensive care stays, and has developed specialist knowledge in oncology rehabilitation, scar management, elderly rehabilitation, palliative rehabilitation, prehabilitation, and the management of metastatic spinal cord compression. Her work focuses on helping individuals regain strength, mobility and confidence following illness or complex medical treatment.
Alongside her role with Rehability Therapies, Liz continues to work within the NHS supporting patients living with and recovering from cancer, providing rehabilitation to help improve physical function, independence and quality of life.
Liz’s specialist skills include cancer rehabilitation, prehabilitation (preparing patients physically before surgery to support recovery), and scar management. She is also a qualified Restore Scar Therapist and has a particular interest in supporting patients through the physical challenges associated with cancer treatment and recovery.
